  1. SHIPPING

MONPIEL ships its products to the address indicated by each User in the purchase process.

The shipping costs or expenses, which will be calculated according to the products purchased, will always be broken down during the purchase process.

Delivery conditions shall apply according to the following territories:

- Spain (peninsula) and Portugal:

  • Shipping costs: FREE.
  • Delivery time: 24/72 hours

- Spain (Balearic Islands and Canary Islands):

  • Shipping costs: €4.99.
  • Delivery time: 4/7 working days

- Spain (Ceuta and Melilla):

  • Shipping cost: €14.99.
  • Delivery time: 4/7 working days

- Rest of Europe (except countries not listed):

  • Shipping cost: €4.95.
  • Delivery time: 4/7 working days

- Rest of the world (except countries not listed):

  • Shipping costs: €19.90.
  • Delivery time: 4/7 working days

All orders (except customized products and products for sale in PRE-ORDER that may be prepared in a longer period) will be prepared within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours from receipt.

For shipments to countries not included in this list please contact us by sending an email to info@monpiel.com. We will inform you of the price of transport.

The rates and times indicated are subject to possible changes for specific promotions on which Users will be informed through the appropriate means.

Shipping times depend on external carriers to our company so they are approximate and not guaranteed by our company.

Customs charges or other extraordinary taxes are not included in the shipping costs.

In promotional or sales periods such as, but not limited to, Christmas, Sales or BlackFriday,the preparation and delivery times may be altered and, where appropriate, increased, due to the volume of orders. In this case, Users will be informed through the appropriate means

MONPIEL cannot control the shipments once they have been delivered to the corresponding postal service, so it will not be responsible for any delay in delivery when the order had been prepared and delivered to it on time.

MONPIEL informs that the products may be received by the User in different shipments.

On placing the order the User will receive three (3) emails: 1) a first email from MONPIEL as soon as the goods leave the warehouse; 2) a second email from the transport company, as soon as the goods have arrived at its warehouse, in which, the approximate delivery day will be specified; and 3) a last email from the transport company on the day of delivery specifying the delivery time range.

If the carrier fails to deliver the order to the User, the latter will make two delivery attempts. Additionally, it will contact the User by telephone if it is unable to deliver at destination.

For any incident in the delivery, Users can contact MONPIEL through the contact form or by calling +34 957 201 912 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.

 

  1. EXCHANGE POLICY

MONPIEL allows to carry out the exchange of an article for another, according to the following procedure, within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the product.

The User must check that the product is in good condition. The product must be in perfect condition, unsealed and with all its labels, packaging, documentation and original accessories that came with it. It must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, without apparent signs of use and always presenting the invoice of the same that must be included in the return box.

The User must contact MONPIEL through our email info@monpiel.com indicating your order number and the change you want to make. It is then when MONPIEL will explain to the User the steps to follow to make the desired change.

The User can also contact MONPIEL by calling +34 625 415016/ + 34 957 201 912 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.

Once the change request has been confirmed by MONPIEL, it will proceed to prepare the new order so that the courier service will deliver it to you.

The Exchange Policy shall not apply in the case of products made to the User's specifications or customized, in accordance with the "Customization" section of the website.

Exchanges may only be made for Peninsular Spain and Portugal.

In the rest of the Countries/Zones are not susceptible to make changes. The customer must cancel the product at their own expense and place a new order.

The OUTLET products are not subject to change.

 

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

For orders in Peninsula and Portugal, the first exchange is free and managed by MONPIEL.

 

REMIND:

1.- Pack your product as you received it. The product must be in the same condition as you received it.

2.- Check that you include your invoice in the order so we can identify it in our warehouses.

*First exchange in Peninsula and Portugal, is FREE. The second exchange will cost 10€.

*During the sales/specials period, the first exchange will cost 5€ and the second will cost 15€. Must be paid by BIZUM to tlf: 625 41 50 16

3.- You must send us an email through info@monpiel.com indicating: Order number, Article, Size / color you need. Once we confirm that we have stock of the product, we will proceed to ship it with free pickup at your home.

For the rest of destinations, for the moment we have no possibility to manage the changes. In this case, you must make a return and make a new purchase.

Outlet Products: To make an exchange you must return your product and buy the product again with the coupon that we will send you.

 

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS.

The User shall have the right to withdraw from the order placed remotely without giving a reason, for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the product. All this, without penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.

The right of withdrawal shall apply to all products and sections of the website, with the exception of products made according to the User's specifications or customized, in accordance with the CUSTOM section of the Website, in accordance with the assumption established in Article 103. c) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. 

The products of the OUTLET section will not be subject to monetary refunds in case of withdrawal, we can only change or replace the product if it has any defect or defect.

The User must contact MONPIEL through our email info@monpiel.com identifying himself by means of his personal data and indicating his order number and the product or products on which he wishes to withdraw. It is then when MONPIEL will explain to the User the steps to follow to make the desired change.

 

How to make a withdrawal or return?

You should know that the courier costs for the return of the product for withdrawal, are borne by the customer.

Send us an email to info@monpiel.com to inform us of your return, once this is done you simply have to send the product to our offices:

REMIND:

1.- You can ship with the courier company of your choice. Pack your product as you received it with caution so that it is not damaged in transit. It must be in perfect condition.

2- Check that you include your invoice with your order so that we can identify it in our warehouse.

3- We will refund your money once we receive the product in our offices.

*Except in outlet products that we will send you a coupon to spend on the web.

*In sale period / offers, returns for withdrawal have an extra cost of 5 € which will be deducted from your refund. This amount will be paid as shipping costs one way, please note that all our shipping costs are free, so we reserve those 5€ only during sales or other offers. One way we pay but if you want to return we have to deduct that amount as postage "one way".

The User can also contact MONPIEL by calling +34 625 41 50 16 / + 34 957 20 19 12 Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:00.

In this case, and in accordance with the applicable regulations, the User must bear the cost of the return, whether returning a complete order or some items of the same.

MONPIEL is not responsible for the transport or courier company chosen by the User to return the order. In this sense, MONPIEL recommends the User to require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product in the offices of MONPIEL, to have proof that the product has been delivered correctly. MONPIEL is not responsible for the address where the consumer and user sends the order for return if this is different from those indicated by MONPIEL, who may ask the user to send the proof of delivery for the purpose of confirming the same.

Each returned product must be in perfect condition, unsealed and with all labels, packaging, documentation and original accessories that came with it in order that MONPIEL can determine that it is the original product purchased by the user and assess whether it has been used correctly. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that MONPIEL may refuse the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the User. Incorrect handling of the product may result in the refusal of the return.

Once MONPIEL verifies that the order is in optimal conditions, it will proceed to refund the full amount paid by the User, except for the costs incurred in returning the product.

MONPIEL informs Users that the maximum period for the refund of the amounts paid (except for return costs) will be fourteen (14) calendar days since the User decided to terminate the contract, through the same means of payment.

In the case of promotions applicable to the purchase of independent products that include the addition of an additional product, being by way of example, but not limited to, promotions 2x1, 3x2 or any other involving the delivery of an extra product for free or at a reduced price, if the User decides to apply his right of withdrawal on his purchase, such right shall apply to all products provided as part of the promotion.

 

  1. LAWFUL WARRANTY.

Users may return, free of charge, any product purchased from the Website that is defective for a period of three years from the date on which they received the product. Taking into account the nature of the products purchased, the User shall have a period of two (2) months from the time they became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to communicate it by sending an email to info@monpiel.com, indicating in said email the defective product or products, attaching photographs and other evidence demonstrating the defects or lack of conformity of the products, as well as a detailed account of the defects appreciated, the purchase order and any other additional documentation that allows the identification of the purchase made by the User.

Received the communication by the User will be informed as soon as possible whether or not to proceed with the return of the product, attending objectively to the nature of the product and the alleged lack of conformity or defect. In the event that the return proceeds, MONPIEL will indicate to the User the way in which it will send the defective product to its warehouses.

MONPIEL will not be responsible for products that are returned without the User having proceeded in accordance with the process detailed above.

The products to be returned must be unused or, in the event that the defect is appreciated after normal daily use, in the best possible condition, and must be returned with all labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, MONPIEL will evaluate each case on a case-by-case basis. 

According to the typology of the products sold by MONPIEL, in general their repair cannot be carried out because it would be disproportionate. In the event that due to the characteristics of the specific product and the defect it would be possible to repair it, the User will be expressly informed of this circumstance, giving him the possibility to choose between replacement or repair.

In the event that the repair of the product could not be carried out and that the replacement of the product was not in accordance with the contract, the User may choose to terminate the contract.

MONPIEL informs Users that the maximum period for the refund of amounts paid will be fourteen (14) calendar days from the time the consumer and user decided to terminate the contract.
