  • Spain and Peninsular Portugal: FREE
  • Spain and Portugal (Islands, Ceuta and Melilla):

     - Balearic Islands and Canary Islands: € 4.99
     - Rest of islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 14,99

  • Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco and the United Kingdom: € 9.90
  • Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Czech Rep., Slovak Rep, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland: € 19.90

All orders (except personalized products) will be processed within a maximum period of 24 hours from reception. The delivery time could be altered during sales periods and designated dates.

Customs expenses or other extraordinary fees are not included in the shipping costs.

When placing the order you will receive 3 emails: An email from Monpiel as soon as the merchandise leaves our warehouse. An email from the shipping company as soon as the merchandise has arrived at your warehouse. The approximate delivery day will be specified in this email. An email from the shipping company on the day of delivery specifying the time range.

If when the carrier arrives does not manage to deliver the order, do not worry at all, our shipping company will make 2 delivery attempts, and will call you by phone in case you are not at home. If for any reason they cannot deliver it to you, get in touch with our team through the contact form or by calling 957 201 912 from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30 from Monday to Friday and we will We will solve it at no cost.

CHANGES

Don't be afraid if your product doesn't convince you, it's not the color you wanted or the size and you want to change it for another. We simply explain the Monpiel exchange process:

  • Check that your product meets the following requirement:
    1. Good product condition: The product must be returned in The same conditions in which it was received, without apparent signs of use and always presenting the invoice of the same that you must include in the return box.
    2. Exchange period: You have 30 days from the purchase. 

* The first change of product or size in the Peninsula and Portugal is free, the second will cost € 10. EXCEPT in the period of sales / offers, on these dates the change will have a charge of € 5.

* Changes in the rest of the Countries / Zones will have a cost of € 15; during periods of offers / discounts the costs for changes will be € 30. This amount will be deducted from the amount corresponding to the returned merchandise.

* CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
