SHIPPING
MONPIEL ships its products to the address provided by each User during the purchase process.
Delivery conditions apply according to the following territories:
- EUROPE:
- Shipping cost: FREE.
- Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days
* Countries not included in our shipping form list may be subject to specific restrictions. If you do not find your shipping country in the form, please contact us via email at [email protected] and we will review the shipping conditions and delivery time. In such cases, shipments may be subject to additional transport costs. All orders (except for personalized products and products available for PRE-ORDER, which may require a longer preparation time) will be processed within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours from receipt, except during sales or promotional periods when preparation times may vary.
Rates and delivery times are subject to possible changes for specific promotions, which will be communicated to Users through appropriate channels.
Shipping times depend on external carriers and are therefore approximate and not guaranteed by Monpiel.
During promotional or sales periods, such as — but not limited to — Christmas, Sales, or BlackFriday, preparation and delivery times may be affected and potentially extended due to high order volumes.
MONPIEL cannot control shipments once they have been handed over to the relevant postal service and therefore will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery if the order was prepared and dispatched on time.
MONPIEL informs that products may be received by the User in separate shipments.
If the courier is unable to deliver the order, they will contact the User to arrange a new delivery.
For any changes to your delivery conditions, you can manage them directly with the carrier through their platforms using the tracking number that will have been previously sent to you via email:

You can also check the status and location of your order through this platform.
According to Directive 2011/83/EU and its transposition into Spanish law, the store must ensure that the order is delivered correctly to the designated recipient. However, if the delivery details were entered incorrectly by the customer, the responsibility does not lie with the seller.
If the courier states they attempted to contact the customer and are unable to locate them to manage a change of address, the responsibility will fall on the customer. Likewise, if the delivery address cannot be correctly identified, the package may be automatically returned to the original warehouse.

* Product prices may vary depending on the geographical delivery area due to differences in taxes, commercial policies, duties, or other extraordinary costs. The final price will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation once the shipping address is validated.
EXCHANGE POLICY
MONPIEL allows exchanges of one item for another within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt. Purchases made during special periods such as Black Friday and Christmas will have an extended period until after Three Kings Day (date varies each year).
The User must ensure that the product is in good condition. The product must be in perfect condition, unopened, and with all original tags, packaging, documentation, and accessories. It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with the brand's original packaging, without visible signs of use, and must always include the invoice inside the return package.
The User must contact MONPIEL by email at [email protected] indicating the order number and the item they wish to exchange. MONPIEL will inform the User of the steps to follow in order to complete the exchange.
The Exchange Policy does not apply to products made according to the User’s specifications or personalized items, in accordance with the "Personalization" section of the Website.
Products from the OUTLET and CLEARANCE selection may be exchanged by following the procedure described below under “How to request an exchange?”. If the desired size or product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued to be used within the next six (6) months.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?
Belts: all our belts include a very simple system to adjust the size. Our Customer Service team will send you all the necessary information. However, if you prefer to exchange it, we will be happy to help. The belt size exchange service has a cost of €16.90.
Other Products: The first exchange within mainland is FREE* and handled by MONPIEL, except during promotional periods, sales, with promo codes, or for products in the OUTLET or CLEARANCE category, where the exchange will have a cost of €16.90.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
REMEMBER:
1.- Pack your product as you received it, with the original packaging. The product must be in the same condition as received.
2.- Make sure to include your invoice in the package so we can identify it in our warehouse.
* First exchange in mainland is FREE, except for belts. The second shipment, whether it is a new exchange or a return, will have a cost of €16.90.
** During sales/promotions, with promo codes and OUTLET or CLEARANCE products, he first exchange will have a cost of €16.90 and the second one €19.90. Payment must be made by bank transfer.
3.- You must send us an email to [email protected] including: Order Number, Item, Size / Color you need.
4.- Once we receive the product, we will send out the replacement. The exchange process usually takes about 7–15 business days from the time the return is shipped.
HOW TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL OR RETURN?
For orders within Europe (EU), we offer two return options:
Returns managed by MONPIEL:
At Monpiel, returns within Europe are completely FREE. Except during sales and/or promotional periods, with promotional codes, and for outlet or clearance products, €16.90 will be deducted from the refund for handling and return shipping costs.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of fourteen (14) business days from receipt of the order to request a return. You must email us informing us of the return, and we will send you a shipping label that you must attach to your package. You must drop off your package at one of the UPS Access Points available to you. You can check your nearest drop-off point at this link:
Return managed and paid by the customer:
The customer is responsible for arranging, managing, and paying for the return shipping costs. A full refund of the returned products will be issued.

REMEMBER:
1- Make sure to include your invoice in the package so we can identify it in our warehouse.
2- Carefully pack your product as you received it to prevent damage during transport. The product must arrive in perfect condition at our warehouse.
3- We will send you your store credit or process the refund once we receive the product at our offices.
We have a period of fourteen (14) business days from receipt of the return to verify that the product is in good condition and proceed with the return method.
MONPIEL is not responsible for the courier or shipping company chosen by the User to return the product. Therefore, MONPIEL recommends that the User request a delivery receipt from the courier once the product has been delivered to MONPIEL's office, to ensure proof of delivery. MONPIEL is not responsible for returns sent to an address other than the one indicated by MONPIEL. In such case, MONPIEL may request the User to send said delivery receipt for confirmation.
Each returned product must be in perfect condition, unopened, and with all original tags, packaging, documentation, and accessories so that MONPIEL can confirm it is the original item purchased and assess whether it has been used correctly. If the User fails to do this or if the product has been damaged, the User accepts that MONPIEL may reject the right of withdrawal. Incorrect handling of the product may result in denial of the return.
Once MONPIEL confirms that the product is in optimal condition, we will refund all amounts paid by the User, except for costs incurred in the return process.
MONPIEL informs Users that the maximum refund period (excluding return costs or other extraordinary expenses incurred) will be fourteen (14) business days from the date the product is received at our warehouse, using the same payment method.
In the case of promotions involving the purchase of independent products that include an additional item—such as 2-for-1, 3-for-2, or any promotion involving a free or discounted product—if the User exercises their right of withdrawal, that right will apply to all items provided as part of the promotion.
LEGAL WARRANTY.
Users may return any product purchased on the Website that does not conform to the contract within a period of three years from the date the product was received. Given the nature of the purchased products, the User has a period of two (2) months from becoming aware of the non-conformity to notify it by sending an email to [email protected], indicating in the email the defective product(s), including photos and other proof of the defects or non-conformities, along with a detailed description, the purchase order, and any additional documentation to identify the transaction.
Once the User’s request has been received, they will be informed as soon as possible whether the return is accepted, based objectively on the product’s nature and the reported defect or non-conformity. If the return is approved, MONPIEL will instruct the User on how to send the defective product to their warehouse.
MONPIEL will not accept products returned without following the previously outlined procedure.
Returned products must be unused or, if the defect became apparent after normal daily use, in the best possible condition, and must be returned with all original tags, packaging, documents, and accessories. If the User fails to do so, MONPIEL will evaluate each case individually.
Given the type of products MONPIEL sells, repair is generally not feasible as it would be disproportionate. If repair is possible due to the product's characteristics and the defect, the User will be informed and given the choice between replacement and repair.
If repair cannot be performed and the replacement is not in accordance with the contract, the User may choose to terminate the contract.
MONPIEL informs Users that the maximum refund period will be fourteen (14) business days from the date the consumer decides to terminate the contract.
IMPORTANT:
Most products offered by MONPIEL are made from genuine leather. Leather is a completely natural material and, therefore, may have natural imperfections. In some cases, slight marks, wrinkles, color variations, and texture differences may be visible due to the natural tanning process.
Likewise, all leathers have been dyed using chromium-free natural processes. In some cases, depending on humidity and contact with certain materials, some color transfer may occur. Therefore, we recommend extra care when using our products with light-colored clothing, as they are more likely to be stained.
If any type of perfume, hydroalcoholic gel, and/or chemical product is used, all leathers will also lose their original color.
MONPIEL is not responsible for any loss of color caused by incorrect handling of the products, nor for stains caused by color transfer to other materials or garments.
