All our products have a legal guarantee. Shipments will be processed within 48-72 hours. Shipping costs will be free *. If you are not satisfied with your product, you have a period of 14 days to process the return, except Special prices/Outlet products (can only be returned in exchange for a voucher to be used on our website) and personalised products. At Monpiel we use the best quality leather to manufacture each of our products by hand. Keep in mind that genuine leathers are completely natural materials, and sometimes small imperfections typical of leather can be seen.
