- CONTRACTING
In accordance with applicable regulations, contracts executed electronically shall have full legal effect when consent and other necessary validity requirements are present. In any case, the electronic document containing the contract shall be admissible as documentary evidence in the event of a dispute between the parties.
Following all steps in the purchasing process and, where applicable, payment of the corresponding amount necessarily implies the provision of the consent required to contract.
Users are provided with all information regarding the contracting process prior to its initiation.
The Terms and Conditions are available to Users at all times on the Website, free of charge.
Access to the contracting process is free, except for the User’s own internet connection costs.
Each product offered includes a description available on its product page, which is made available to the Users.
The contract between MONPIEL and the User is considered finalized at the moment the User completes the contracting process by clicking the “PLACE ORDER”, “BUY” or similar button, understanding that following all the steps in the electronic contracting process and completing all required fields, along with checking the box indicating acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, constitutes a direct expression of the User’s intention to accept them.
As an information society service provider, MONPIEL will archive the electronic document in which this contract is formalized. MONPIEL will send the User an email confirming the successful completion of the purchase, along with the corresponding invoice.
MONPIEL will implement appropriate and sufficient technical means to identify and correct technical errors in the management of information, as far as it is responsible.
Unless otherwise stated, the language in which the contracting procedure will be conducted and the contract formalized shall be Spanish.
- PURCHASING PROCESS
The contracting of products offered is carried out electronically through the Website. Anyone with internet access can make a purchase, as all products offered through the Website are publicly accessible and available for viewing without any restriction.
After accessing the Website, the User must select the products they are interested in. It is very important to carefully review the product descriptions, features, terms, delivery times, and final prices as indicated on each product’s description page, and specify the desired quantities. The selected products will be added to the User’s online “Cart” on the Website, allowing them to continue shopping while keeping all selected items in the “Cart”. The User can access their “Cart” at any time from the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Next, once all desired products have been selected, the User must begin the electronic purchase process by clicking the “CHECKOUT” button.
To continue with the purchase, it is necessary to have the User’s full details. The User must also provide billing and shipping information. To do so, the User will be directed to a screen requiring a series of personal and payment details, as well as selections from various options provided by MONPIEL, all of which must be completed to finalize the purchase through the Website.
Regarding the “PAYMENT METHOD” tab, the User must simply select the desired payment option from those offered by MONPIEL on the Website. MONPIEL will never have access to your banking information, as it is directly managed by the corresponding financial institutions. The User is informed that payment via any of these methods may be subject to the specific terms of those service providers. MONPIEL recommends that the User read, understand, and accept MONPIEL’s particular conditions, which are independent from these Terms and Conditions.
Once payment is made, the User will receive an order confirmation email that includes a summary of the items purchased, the chosen shipping method, and the delivery address.
If a payment issue arises at the time of processing, the User will receive an automatic payment error message, and the order will not be processed until the payment is successfully completed.
- PRODUCTS
MONPIEL markets leather goods, footwear, and fashion accessories.
The information included on the Website in each product description, including photographs, graphic or iconographic representations, or videos, as well as trade names, brands, or other distinctive signs, is solely for informational purposes. Therefore, MONPIEL accepts no responsibility for any errors in such information but undertakes to correct them as soon as possible after being made aware of them.
- PRICING TERMS
- PRODUCT PRICES
Each product will display its current price on the Website next to its description, and this information is publicly accessible for viewing.
Prices are shown in euros, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The displayed prices are final prices, and expressly include Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable charges. However, the final price will also include any applicable increases or discounts, fees charged to the User, and additional costs for supplementary services or payment methods. In any case, all such charges will be itemized and shown to the User during the contracting process.
- PROMO CODES
MONPIEL may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. These discounts may only be applied in accordance with the specific instructions provided by MONPIEL for each code, and in any case, Users may only use one code per order.
Discount codes may not be combined with certain promotional campaigns or collections.
- PAYMENT PROCESS
Once the User has purchased any of the products available on the Website and made payment via one of the methods provided by MONPIEL, MONPIEL will send the User an email including all information related to the products purchased, the price, applicable taxes, and any other legally required information.
In any case, payments made online will be processed through a platform provided by an external financial institution, which will be hosted on a secure SSL-certified website. To verify this, confirm that the web address where you are entering your payment begins with https://.
The contract will only be effective once MONPIEL receives payment confirmation from the secure payment provider. If the transaction is denied for any reason by the financial institution, or if the total amount (including management fees or bank transfer charges) is not paid in full, the contract will be suspended, and the User will be informed that the transaction has not been completed.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User expressly consents to receiving the invoice electronically if requested. If the User prefers a paper invoice, they may contact MONPIEL and provide the postal address to which the invoice should be sent.
Furthermore, in accordance with current legislation, MONPIEL cannot modify the invoice after the sale is finalized. Therefore, the invoice will be issued in the name of the individual who places the order, and the User must ensure the order is placed using the correct name. Duplicate invoices will not be issued for third parties, nor will invoices be reissued after the warranty period has expired.
- PAYMENT OPTIONS AND METHODS
For one-time purchases, we accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro.
For one-time purchases, we also accept PayPal or payment through “Aplazame.”
To offer the “Aplazame” payment method, we may need to share your contact details and order information with “Aplazame” during the payment process, so they can assess whether you qualify for their payment options and tailor the available payment methods. If the Website displays links or products that redirect to other websites through various buttons, links, banners, or content, MONPIEL informs that these are directly managed by third parties. MONPIEL does not have the human or technical means to previously monitor or control or approve all the information, content, products, or services provided by other platforms that may be linked from the Website.

If Users become aware that the activities carried out on these third-party websites are illegal or contravene moral standards or public order, they must notify MONPIEL immediately so that access to these links can be disabled as soon as possible.

- LINKS TO MONPIEL’S CHANNEL ON OTHER PLATFORMS AND SOCIAL MEDIA
MONPIEL provides Users, through various tools and applications, with links that allow access to MONPIEL’s channels and pages on different platforms and social media networks owned or managed by third parties (e.g., Facebook or Instagram). The inclusion of these links on the Website is solely intended to make it easier for Users to access such channels on the respective platforms.

Under no circumstances does MONPIEL share any private User information with Facebook, Instagram, or any other future social network. The only purpose of including such links is as stated in these Terms and in the Website’s Privacy and Cookies Policy. Likewise, MONPIEL may partially or fully amend these terms and conditions by publishing any changes in the same manner or through any communication method directed at Users.
The validity of these conditions shall coincide with the time they are published, until they are modified in whole or in part, at which time the updated conditions shall apply.
Regardless of the specific terms that may be established, MONPIEL may terminate, suspend, or interrupt access to Website content at any time without notice, without the User having any right to compensation. After such termination, the prohibitions on the use of content stated herein shall remain in force.
Likewise, if the User breaches these conditions, MONPIEL may suspend or cancel their profile automatically and without prior notice, and under no circumstances shall such suspension or cancellation entitle the User to any compensation. In this regard, MONPIEL informs Users that it may report and cooperate with the relevant law enforcement and judicial authorities if it detects any violation of current legislation or suspects the commission of a crime.
The purchase of any product and/or paid service offered by MONPIEL shall be governed by the general and/or specific conditions applicable to each individual service.

If any provision of these terms is declared null or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any court, tribunal, or competent administrative authority, such nullity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use.
The failure of MONPIEL to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver thereof unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
- NULLITY
