SHIPPING
MONPIEL ships its products to the address provided by each User during the checkout process.
The delivery conditions will apply according to the following territories:
- UNITED STATES:
- Shipping cost: FREE.
- Delivery time: 5–15 business days
* Countries not included in our shipping form may be subject to certain restrictions. If your destination country is not listed, please contact us via email at [email protected]. We will then review the shipping conditions and delivery time. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply. All orders (except for personalized items or PRE-ORDER products, which may take longer to prepare) will be processed within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours after receipt, except during sales or promotional periods, when preparation times may vary.
Listed delivery times and costs may be modified during promotional events, which will be announced to Users through appropriate channels.
Shipping times depend on external carriers and are therefore approximate and not guaranteed by MONPIEL.
During promotional or sale periods, such as Christmas, Sales, or Black Friday, preparation and delivery times may be extended due to high order volume.
MONPIEL cannot control shipments once they have been handed over to the postal service, and therefore will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery if the order was prepared and dispatched on time.
MONPIEL informs that products may be delivered to the User in separate shipments.
If the carrier is unable to deliver the order, they will contact the User to arrange a new delivery.
If you need to modify the delivery conditions of your package, you can do so directly through the carriers’ platforms using the tracking number previously sent to your email:

You can also use this platform to check the status and location of your order.
According to Directive 2011/83/EU and its transposition in Spain, the seller must ensure that the order is delivered correctly to the designated recipient. However, if the delivery data provided by the customer is incorrect, the responsibility does not lie with the seller.
If the courier states that they tried to contact the customer and were unable to reach them to arrange an address change, the responsibility will lie with the customer. Likewise, if the delivery address cannot be properly identified, the package may be automatically returned to the original warehouse.

* Product prices may vary depending on the geographical delivery area due to differences in taxes, commercial policies, customs duties, or other extraordinary costs. The final price will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation, once the shipping address has been validated.
EXCHANGE POLICY
For orders shipped to the United States, product exchanges are not accepted.
If you need a different size or a new item, you must return your original order in accordance with our current return policy and place a new order independently.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Users have the right to withdraw from a distance sale without giving any reason within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the product. This withdrawal is free of penalties and does not require justification.
The right of withdrawal applies to all products, except for those whose seals have been broken or that were made to the User's specifications or customized in the PERSONALIZATION section of the Website, as established in Article 103.c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16. Items marked as Outlet or Clearance may only be returned for store credit to be used on our website.
The User must contact MONPIEL by email at [email protected], providing their personal information, order number, and the product(s) they wish to return, along with the reason. MONPIEL will then explain the steps for proceeding with the return.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR WITHDRAWAL
Please note that return shipping costs for withdrawals must be paid by the customer. Send us an email at [email protected] notifying us of your return. Be sure to have your shipping receipt stamped by the courier and keep it until you receive your refund.

*** VERY IMPORTANT:
For returns outside the European Union, you must include with the return documentation a copy of the invoice and a customs declaration clearly stating that the package is a returned item. This will help avoid duplicate customs charges or other additional fees. It is crucial to complete the customs declaration form correctly.
1- Make sure to include your invoice along with the customs declaration so we can identify the return. Notify us in advance by email at [email protected].
2- Pack your product carefully in its original condition to prevent damage during shipping. It must arrive in perfect condition.
3- We will send your store credit or issue a refund once we receive the product at our offices.
We have up to fourteen (14) business days from receipt of the return to inspect the condition and proceed with reimbursement.
MONPIEL is not responsible for the shipping company chosen by the User to return the item. We recommend requesting proof of delivery from the courier once the product has been dropped off at our offices. MONPIEL is not liable for packages returned to an address other than the one provided. We may request this proof of delivery if needed.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unopened, and with all original tags, packaging, documentation, and accessories. MONPIEL reserves the right to deny the return if the product has been mishandled or damaged.
Once MONPIEL confirms the product is in acceptable condition, a full refund will be issued, excluding return shipping or any additional costs incurred.
MONPIEL informs Users that the maximum refund period is fourteen (14) business days from the date the product is received in our warehouse, using the original method of payment.
If your purchase was made as part of a promotion (such as 2-for-1, 3-for-2, or other discounted bundles), the right of withdrawal applies to the entire promotional set.
LEGAL WARRANTY
Users may return any product purchased on the Website that does not conform to the agreement within a period of three years from the date of receipt. Considering the nature of the purchased products, the User has two (2) months from the time they became aware of the non-conformity to notify MONPIEL by sending an email to [email protected]. The email must include the defective product(s), photographs and any other evidence showing the defects or lack of conformity, a detailed list of the detected issues, the purchase order, and any other documentation identifying the transaction.
Once the User's communication is received, MONPIEL will inform them as soon as possible whether the return is accepted, objectively considering the nature of the product and the reported defect or non-conformity. If the return is accepted, MONPIEL will indicate the procedure for returning the defective product to its warehouse.
MONPIEL will not be responsible for products returned without following the process described above.
Returned products must be unused or, if the defect appeared during normal use, in the best possible condition, and must include all original tags, packaging, documentation, and accessories. If the User fails to comply, MONPIEL will assess each case individually.
Given the nature of MONPIEL’s products, repairs are generally not feasible or would be disproportionate. If repair is possible based on the product’s characteristics and the defect, the User will be informed and offered the choice between replacement or repair.
If repair is not possible and the replacement is also non-compliant, the User may choose to cancel the purchase agreement.
MONPIEL informs Users that the maximum refund period is fourteen (14) business days from the date the User decides to cancel the contract.
IMPORTANT:
Most MONPIEL products are made from genuine leather. Leather is a natural material and may have its own imperfections. Minor marks, wrinkles, and variations in color or texture may be visible as a result of the natural tanning process.
All leather is dyed using natural, chrome-free methods. In some cases, depending on humidity and contact with certain materials, some color transfer may occur. We recommend taking special care when using MONPIEL products with light-colored clothing, as they are more prone to staining.
The use of perfume, hand sanitizer, or other chemical substances may also cause discoloration of the leather.
MONPIEL will not be held responsible for color loss caused by improper handling of the products, nor for stains resulting from color transfer to other materials or garments.
